Horror Narrative

plot

A man looking for his wife, rediscovering his past will be the key to succed.

Overview

Engine: UE4

A horror game focused on psychology, where the gameplay requires to manage the character sanity (IO) to advance and resolve puzzles and other challenges.

We developed the game in UE4 and we aimed to candidate ourself for the Epic Mega Grants.

Level WalkThrough

In this section we wanted to teach how to interact with items and consumables that are required to open the gate to the mansion where the lamp is placed.

We also wanted to use this safe space to give an earlier glimpse to what have happened to Mansion and it’s surrounding, beacuse IO depletion starts when the players gets inside the mansion.

Horror Narrative

Plot

Up in the italian mountains something is not right, you are a reporter investigating the disappearance of all the villagefolks.

Overview

Engine: UE4

In this project i have worked on creating the blockouts and creating the houses following the golden path discussed with the rest of the team. I also personally went to Andalo(TN) to gather on camp references for the rest of the team.

Our goal for this project was to test the skill we acquired during our first year of study to create a level of 15-20 minutes of gameplay to make the be played by Alpha Beta Gamer on his channell.

Map Design

We have divided the map in two sections: In the forest section to let the player experience with movements and interact with objects, in the town part of the level we let the player being more free of exploring by delivering a less guided golden path.
